Hi all, this is my first post - I'm almost newbie and this is my 1st character - but I need to thank all of you for the interesting builds shown, which have helped me a lot to reach 420k exp and so on.

Now I've serious doubts on my build and one big question:
I'm playing since Deldrimore a pure mesmer (I'm Me/El) so carrying on only mesmer skills and no ele ones, using interrupts and payback at most, therefore I've unlocked/captured a lot of Ele skills and now I'm with 21 skill points left.

Now comes the big question: would it be wise to change now my 2nd prof to the monk's one? I've tried to solo/duo/trio FoW with my mesmer skills and the results were almost terrible, but I don't know if I can manage to create an efficient build changing my 2nd profession so late in the game. As I said this is my 1st character so I've grown it learning every skill available without economize on skill points and plat.

Monk profession is certainly the best if you are running a pure mesmer build (which is very viable and powerful), simply for the hard res skill (rebirth is good).

I'd probably go with a Me/Mo pure mesmer with hard res for now, until you have more skill points etc and can try out more skills.
